How do you calculate the hours for my move?

The clock starts when our movers leave our dispatch facility. Time will end once move is complete at client designated destination. Time cannot be ended with furniture left in our vehicles.

Is there a credit card or deposit required to reserve a moving date?

Yes, some credit card information is indeed required. The reasoning of course is that once we have reserved that time slot for a certain mover, we are no longer able to schedule any other clients for that time. The reasoning is to ensure the company and the client. We understand that things happen that can not possibly be accounted for. We are flexible and more than willing to work with you. Though as a moving company, our jobs are obviously appointment based. So therefore had to implement a little bit of job security. All you need is a two days notice, otherwise there will be a fee.

How do you ensure the safety of my belongings?

Our movers will arrive in one of our trucks, fully stocked with the highest quality professional materials. We have a systematic way of treating each piece of furniture prior to moving it. This includes disassembly, padding and wrapping the furniture for protection. These procedures are also a stipulation of insurance coverage. Protection of furniture is mandatory.

What are your cancellation policies?

We do have a 48-hour cancellation policy. There will be a $50 fee for any violations. All we ask is for two days notice. We depend upon our scheduled reservations for our lively hood. We hope you understand.

What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express).

We also accept:

– Cash

– Cashier’s checks

– Postal money order

What is a coupon?

A voucher entitling the holder to a discount off a particular product.

How do I file a claim?

If you need to fail a claim, please read Your Rights and Responsibilities when You Move or contact us directly.

What can you not relocate?

We are unable to transport any type of living organics(including, people, pets, and plants), as well as any hazardous materials. We are prohibited by state regulations from relocating these items. This also includes combustibles such as firearms, propane, gasoline, compressed gases, and anything else you can likely ask about that could be considered dangerous or harmful.

Do we require a minimum amount of hours for service?

We have a 3 hour minimum. That’s the lowest in the industry!

How do you bill for a move?

We have set hourly rates depending on the size of the move. Our services are billed in hourly increments. If the crew works 15 minutes into the next hour you would have to billed for the

additional hour. However, you could have the guys re-assemble anything or rearrange anything to you liking, to get the fulfillment of that hour. We do not want you to have to pay for time that we are not there. For all state to state moves we do not bill any hourly rates.

What if we have a special request?

We do everything we can within our abilities and rights to help our clients. In regards to making requests please let us know anything we can do to help. If a client chooses to make a request against the professional recommendation of our staff, they understand that all insurance will be forfeit under that circumstance.

When is payment collected?

While payment information is collected at the time of scheduling your reservation, we will collect full payment for services upon delivery at your new destination. This means that we request payment on site once the moving truck arrives at your new place.

Can I request high-value crating?

Yes, we do offer High-value items crating. What is important you have to let us know ahead of time so we can perform the service for you. We do crate no matter what the size or shape the item is.
